This Privacy Policy describes how Mapa App Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Mapa," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, processes, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the Mapa mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Platform ("User," "you," or "your"). By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Mapa operates a technology platform designed to provide access to vehicle auction data, analytics, and related tools. In connection with facilitating user interactions, including transactions executed through licensed dealer entities and third-party auction platforms, Mapa collects and processes personal information as described herein.

Information We Collect

Mapa collects personal information that you provide directly to us, information collected automatically through your use of the Platform, and information received from third parties.

Information you provide directly. When you register for an account, we collect:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Country of residence

We do not collect or store passwords. Account authentication is managed by our third-party authentication provider, Clerk (see "Third-Party Service Providers" below).

If you engage in transactions or request services through the Platform, we may collect additional information necessary to facilitate those transactions, including identification information and transaction details, which is processed by licensed dealer entities and auction platforms.

Information generated through use of the Platform. When you use the Platform, we collect:

• Vehicles you save as favorites within the application
• Aggregated, anonymous usage data (page views, interaction events) collected through our analytics provider

Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment information is processed directly by Apple (App Store) for mobile subscriptions or Stripe for web payments. Mapa does not store or have access to your credit card or banking information.

Information we do NOT collect. Mapa does not collect the following data:

• Device location (GPS or otherwise). Country selection is performed manually by the user.
• Contacts, photos, or files from your device
• Biometric information
• Social media data
• Browser cookies or tracking pixels in the mobile application

How We Use Information

Mapa uses personal information for legitimate business purposes, including to:

• Create and manage your user account
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform
• Provide services and facilitate user interactions
• Process subscriptions and communicate account-related information
• Send operational communications (subscription notifications, service changes)
• Respond to customer support requests
• Analyze Platform usage to identify improvement opportunities
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or unlawful activity
• Enforce our terms and policies
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations

In connection with transactions facilitated through the Platform, Mapa may use personal information to coordinate with licensed dealer entities, auction platforms, and service providers to enable the purchase, transfer, or delivery of vehicles.

Mapa does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Disclosure of Information

In addition to the service providers listed above, Mapa may disclose personal information to third parties as necessary to operate the Platform. Such disclosures may include sharing information with affiliated entities, licensed dealer entities, auction platforms, payment processors, identity verification providers, cloud service providers, and other vendors who perform functions on our behalf.

Mapa may also disclose personal information in connection with business transfers, including mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, or asset sales, where personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction. In addition, Mapa may disclose personal information where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where Mapa believes disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Mapa, its users, or others.

Mapa does not sell personal information in the traditional sense of exchanging data for monetary consideration. However, certain data sharing practices necessary for Platform operation may be considered "sharing" under applicable privacy laws.

Data Sharing and Transaction Facilitation

Because the Platform is designed to facilitate vehicle-related transactions, you acknowledge that Mapa may share your personal information with licensed dealer entities and third-party auction platforms in order to complete transactions, verify identity, process payments, transfer title, and comply with applicable laws. Such disclosures are necessary for the operation of the Platform and are a fundamental part of the services provided.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

On our website, we use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for Platform operation (authentication, user preferences). Our analytics provider (Umami) does not use tracking cookies and does not collect personal identifiers.

The mobile application does not use third-party tracking cookies or pixels.

You may control the use of cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the website.

Data Retention

Mapa retains personal information for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal information from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, except where applicable law requires us to retain it for a longer period (for example, for tax, accounting, or dispute resolution purposes).

Data Security

Mapa implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and Mapa cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

User Rights and Choices

Depending on your state or country of residence, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

• Delete your account and personal information

• Object to certain processing of your data

Mexico Privacy Rights (LFPDPPP)

European Economic Area (GDPR)

If you reside in the EEA, processing of your data is performed under the following legal bases: performance of a contract (when using the Platform), consent (where applicable), and legitimate interests (Platform improvement and security).

Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of eighteen (18). Mapa does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor without verified parental consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete such information promptly. International Data Transfers

Mapa operates from the United States, and our service providers may be located in various jurisdictions. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries different from your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws.

Do Not Track Signals

The Platform does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals or similar mechanisms.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Mapa may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify users by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy reflects the current version.

Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
